ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION SUPERINTENDENT - Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera

Requirements:

• D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience in Plant Electrical Maintenance
• General knowledge of Ore Processing and the integration of, and maintenance functions
• Good working knowledge and skills with a PC utilizing word processing and spreadsheet programs

HR SENIOR SUPERVISOR - Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in in relevant discipline with extensive HR exposure. 
• Minimum 10 years in HR function, with 5 years as HR Supervisor. 
• Lead the development and implementation of HR Strategies, policies, objectives and services. 
• Understanding Organizational Development & People Development.

HR & GA MANAGER - Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in in relevant discipline with extensive HR exposure. 
• Minimum 15 years in HR function, with 5 years as HR Manager. 
• Lead the development and implementation of HR Strategies, policies, objectives and services. 
• Manage and monitor HR operations to ensure the effective and timely delivery of HR services for the business. 
• Lead and support the performance management, succession plans, Individual Development Plan job enrichment opportunities and talent management program, and ensure mentoring and 
• coaching of employees by management. 
• Support the Development programs including the Leadership Programs, and Competency Management System to be coherent with organization strategies

SR. MINE ENGINEER for UNDERGROUND GOLD MINE - Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering. 
• 10 years engineering experience at an operating surface and underground mine design. 
• Excellent knowledge of mine planning softwares, Vulcan, Minescape, Minex, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Xpac, Xeras, Xact, Microsoft Office products and other engineering/geology software.

SR. MINE GEOLOGIST - Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years working experience in practical mining geology, including GC block model estimation, ore movement, blending, and mining reconciliation
• Understanding of the quality and properties of the gold-silver quality
• Drilling program design for grade control, development of pit mapping and sampling programs
• Experience in supervising geologists and field supervisors
• Experience in Surpac will be well regarded
• Good understanding of QAQC sampling in grade controlv7. Good skills in Leading and Managing people (Leading by example) 
• Good communication, reporting in English and time Management skills
• Strong computer skills, including grade control and mining software packages is required

UNDERGROUND ERT & SAFETY COORDINATOR - Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera

Requirements:

• Min. of 8 years working experience in underground gold mine. 
• Good understanding of ERP. 
• Have experience as be team leader in ERT.

General Requirements:

• Team player, strong safety focus, planning and communication skills
• FIFO 4/2 Indonesia
• Fluent Bahasa and English
• Willing work in a Mining Environments
• Good personalities, self-confidence, high motivation and hard working
