1. PROJECT MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:
Organize, manage, and monitor overall project including standard achievement K3LH, production targets, quality of work, and cost as stated in the contract between the companyand the client, as well as the achievement of all KPI department for financial success of the project.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor Degree ini Mining Engineering Degree from Reputable University.
• Experienced as a Project Manager at least 3 years in a coal mining contractor with total minimum of 15 years experience in the mining contractors.
• Experienced perform work process strategically and operationally.
• Experienced managing open pit mining field.
• Have mining standard certifications such as POM, or POU.
• Have communication skills, negotiation skills, and organizational skills, with strong leadership character.

2. TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT

JOB PURPOSE:
Lead technical department team to make for Short Term and Long Term Mine Planning, blasting activity, survey, production data and other technical strategies to achieve optimalproduction and evaluate the project goes through mine engineering improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering with a minimum of 7 years total experience as a mine engineer, or Diploma in Minie Engineering with a total of at least 10 years experience as a mine engineer at Mining Contractors Company.
• Have a strong knowledge and skills related to the Mine Plan, Drill and Blast, and Mine Survey.
• Able to use Software and Applications related to Mine Planning & Survey such as Autocad, Minescape, Surpac, etc
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailed, analytical and focus on processes and quality

3. MINE SUPERINTENDENT

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the achievement of production targets by taking into account all production processes, quality and quantity production quantity, K3LH and use of resources as efficiently as possible (Manpower, Fuel, Tyre) and other operating costs, with good coordination with other Departments.

QUALIFICATION :
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering, or Geology or Geodesy with 2 years’ experience as Mine Superintendent
• Able to manage all mining operational, mine planning, and heavy equipment applications.
• Have mining standard certifications: POP and POM.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good skill of Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. MINE SUPERVISOR

JOB PURPOSE :
Supervise and control production activity according to mine planning and maintain operation smoothly and safely in order to achieve production target hourly, and daily.

QUALIFICATION :
• Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience as a mine supervisor or Diploma of Mining Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience as a mine supervisor or High school with a minimum of 5 years experience as a supervisor at coal mining contractors.
• Computer literate with good (Microsoft office).
• Having a mining standard Certification : POP.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership skill
• Willing to be placed on job sites with the work roster system.


5. MINE FOREMAN

JOB PURPOSE :
Supervise and control heavy equipment utilisation according to target achievement and make sure that heavy equipment operators work safely.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum High school or equivalent with 3 years experience as a mine foreman in a coal mining company.
• Maximum 45 years old.
• Having a mining standard certification : POP.
• Able to operate some type of heavy equipment.
• Be firm and commitment to develop the competencies of subordinates.
• Strong knowledge of open pit mining, and heavy equipment utilisation.
• Have a good skills of communication and leadership.


6. PLANT SUPERINTENDENT

JOB PURPOSE :
Coordinate and develop Plant Department team members and make sure that plant department could give best service to support mining activity.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum High school with 14 years’ experience as a mechanic supervisor mining contractor.
• Having a profound knowledge and skills related to the management of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.
• Able to operate program Ms. Office.
• Having a mining standard certification : POM
• Strong leadership performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


7. MECHANIC SUPERVISOR

JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinating, supervising and directing activity of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and other supporting equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Senior High School with more than 5 years experience in maintaining heavy equipment, 3 years at Supervisor level
• Familiar with wide range heavy equipment maintenance program including Excavator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, for various brand: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi &Liebherr (is a must).
• Having a mining standard certification : POP
• Strong knowledge in heavy equipment troubleshooting & periodic maintenance,
• Strong leadership performance


8. MECHANIC FOREMAN

JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinating, supervising actively participate of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and other supporting equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Senior High School with more than 3 years experience in maintaining heavy equipment, 2 years at Foreman level
• Familiar with wide range heavy equipment maintenance program including Excavator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, for various brand: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi & Liebherr (is a must).
• Having a mining standard certification : POP
• Able to do heavy equipment troubleshooting & periodic maintenance,
• Able to lead mechanic to achieve target safely.


9. ELECTRICIAN FOREMAN

• Senior High School with more than 3 years experience in Electrical heavy equipment Maintenance, 2 years at Foreman level
• Familiar with wide range electrical heavy equipment maintenance including Excavator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, for various brand: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi &Liebherr (is a must).
• Able to do Electrical heavy equipment troubleshooting,
• Able to lead Electrician to achieve target safely.


10. TYRE FOREMAN

JOB PURPOSE:
Supervise and direct Tyreman crew in activity of tire maintenance and repair dump trucks and heavy equipment and other supporting equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Senior High School with more than 3 years experience in heavy equipment Tyre Maintenance, 2 years at Foreman level
• Familiar with wide range electrical heavy equipment maintenance including Excavator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, for various brand: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi & Liebherr (is a must).
• Able to do Service & Repair Tyre of heavy Equipment,
• Able to lead Tyreman to achieve target safely
