1. Legal & Compliance Officer - Apexindo Pratama Duta

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Law
Having 5 – 6 years of working experience in in-house Legal or Law Firm
Good knowledge on corporate finance regulations
Good knowledge on agreement drafting
Good understanding on Capital Market Regulations
Good knowledge in lands regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English Proficiency Skills (both oral & written)

2. Chief Mechanic (Land Rig) - Apexindo Pratama Duta

General Skill Set:

Proven hands-on skills & experience in Inspection/ Maintenance / Overhaul of Drilling and Power Generation Equipment.
Strong trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to read and interpret blue prints, O&M manuals and technical codes (API, ANSI, etc).
Hands on experience in the use of Computer Maintenance Management Systems, spare parts management.
Proven Experience in planning and execution of major equipment overhauls.
Familiar with Management of Change, Equipment Failure investigation & reporting.
Able to delegate and manage a crew of junior Maintenance Personnel.

Trade Skill Set:

Hands-on experience in maintenance & overhaul of CAT 3512, 399, 389 gensets.
Hands-on experience in inspection, maintenance & Overhaul of drilling equipment such as NOV/ GD/ IDECO heritage Drawworks, Rotary, Mud Pumps, Top Drives.
Hands on experience in skills such as leveling, aligning machinery. Experience in industrial Hydraulics is a plus.
Able to prepare hand sketches and propose modifications to equipment and systems.

Experience & Education:

Minimum 5 years as Chief Mechanic or Maintenance Supervisor (standalone) on a 1000 -2000HP drilling rig.
Prior work Experience with OEM (CAT /NOV/TESCO) a plus.
OEM training and certification considered a plus.
Essential: Minimum Vocational / Trade School certified (Millwright, Heavy Diesel Mechanic) from a recognized institute.
Computer Literate (MS Office, Outlook)
Proficient in English (written & oral)

3. Chief Mechanic (Offshore) - Apexindo Pratama Duta

General Skill Set:

Proven hands-on skills & experience in Inspection & Preventive Maintenance of Drilling and Power Generation Equipment.
Strong trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.
Familiar with classification society rules (ABS), IMO regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blue prints, O&M manuals and technical codes (API, ANSI, etc).
Hands on experience in the use of Computer Maintenance Management Systems, spare parts management.
Proven Experience in planning and execution of major equipment overhauls.
Familiar with Management of Change, Equipment Failure investigation & reporting.
Able to delegate and manage a crew of junior Maintenance Personnel.

Trade Skill Set:

Hands-on experience in maintenance & overhaul of CAT 3516, 3508, C32 gensets.
Hands-on experience in inspection, maintenance of drilling equipment such as NOV/ MH Wirth heritage Drawworks, Rotary, Mud Pumps, Top Drives, Pipe Handling Equipment.
Hands on experience in skills such as rigging, installation and machinery alignment. Must have hands-on experience with industrial Hydraulics.
Able to prepare hand sketches and propose modifications to equipment and systems.

Experience & Education:

Minimum 5 years as Chief Mechanic or Maintenance Supervisor (standalone) on a 5-6 gen. Jack-Up
Prior work Experience with OEM (CAT /NOV/MH-Wirth) a plus.
OEM training and certification considered a plus.
Essential: Minimum Vocational / Trade School certified (Millwright, Heavy Diesel Mechanic) from a recognized institute.

Hands on experience in the use of Computer Maintenance Management Systems, spare parts management.
Proven Experience in planning and execution of major equipment overhauls.
Familiar with Management of Change, Equipment Failure investigation & reporting.
Able to delegate and manage a crew of junior Maintenance Personnel.

Trade Skill Set:

Hands-on experience in maintenance of Generators (CAT, KATO, GE), Drilling Motors (GE752), SCR Control System (GE MicroDrill, IPS, M&I)
Hands-on experience in inspection, maintenance of Switchgear (Breakers, Fuse etc), industrial lighting, ventilation.
Hands on experience in working with Explosion Proof Equipment (EX), industrial wiring and HVAC.
Familiarity with the use of electrical testing tools and test procedures.
Experience with PLC’s and automation is a plus.
Able to prepare hand sketches and propose modifications to equipment and systems.

Experience & Education:

Minimum 5 years as Chief Electrician or Maintenance Supervisor (standalone) on a 1000 -2000HP drilling rig.
