Account Receivable Officer - Ground Probe Indonesia

The position will be based in Balikpapan and reports directly to Finance Controller / Australasian BU Accountant.

Job Description:

• Compliance with all WHS policies and procedures
• Actively work to improve safety in the workplace
• Be primary contact point for finance within the Business Unit
• Work closely with the Australasian Business Manager for accurate and timely invoicing and collection of payment for the Business Unit
• End of the month process – ensure that all end of the month transactions have been processed on time and in the correct manner
• Accruals for rental, site support and other as required
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for Australasian Business Unit
• Prepare bank reconciliation bi monthly
• Prepare EOM journals as required
• Raise and process intercompany invoices, including radar and spare parts sales, cost recharges
• Provision of back up support for Accounts Payable

Requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in accounts roles. 
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in use of Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP system. 
• Experience in Project accounting preferable. 
• High standard of English communication
