untuk beberapa posisi dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:Account Receivable Officer - Ground Probe Indonesia
The position will be based in Balikpapan and reports directly to Finance Controller / Australasian BU Accountant.
Job Description:
- Compliance with all WHS policies and procedures
- Actively work to improve safety in the workplace
- Be primary contact point for finance within the Business Unit
- Work closely with the Australasian Business Manager for accurate and timely invoicing and collection of payment for the Business Unit
- End of the month process – ensure that all end of the month transactions have been processed on time and in the correct manner
- Accruals for rental, site support and other as required
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for Australasian Business Unit
- Prepare bank reconciliation bi monthly
- Prepare EOM journals as required
- Raise and process intercompany invoices, including radar and spare parts sales, cost recharges
- Provision of back up support for Accounts Payable
Requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in accounts roles.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in use of Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP system.
- Experience in Project accounting preferable.
- High standard of English communication
