Lowongan Kerja Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero) atau Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) adalah sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang didirikan oleh pemerintah dengan tujuan membantu pemerintah dalam pembangunan pariwisata nasional khususnya dibidang perekonomian melalui usaha pengembangan kawasan pariwisata.

Produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan adalah penyiapan lahan, yang dikerjasamakan dengan sistem dengan investor baik dalam maupun luar negeri, untuk dikembangkan sebagai usaha akomodasi perhotelan, kondotel serta fasilitas pariwisata lainnya.

Loker PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero) saat ini kembali membuka  untuk beberapa posisi dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:

AVIATION SECURITY INSPECTOR

Sekretariat (Code : KPND 01)

Requirements

• Education background
• D3 Commerce Administration.
• S1 Management.
• Have a good archival skill.
• Placement at Nusa Dua Tourism Area.

SDM (Code : KPND 02)

Requirements

• Education background
• S1 Law.
• S1 HR Management.
• S1 Finance Management.
• Good understanding of manpower regulation (S1 Law).
• Good understanding of legal drafting (S1 Law).
• Have a good understanding of labor administration (S1 HR Management).
• Good understaning of PPh 21 regulation (S1 Finance Management).
• Have minimum 1 year experience in the related field is more preferable.
• Placement at Nusa Dua Tourism Area. 

Layanan Pengadaan (Code : KPND 03)

Requirements

• Education background
• S1 Computer/Informatics Engineering.
• S1 Civil Engineering.
• Have minimum 2 years experience in procurement of goods / services is more preferable.
• Placement at Nusa Dua Tourism Area.

Keuangan (Code : KPND 04)

Requirements

• Education background
• D3 Commerce Administration.
• S1 Finance Management.
• Have a good archival skill (D3 Commerce Administration).
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles (S1 Finance Management).
• Good understanding of investment and capital market management (S1 Finance Management).
• Have minimum 2 years experience in the related field is more preferable (S1 Finance Management).
• Placement at Nusa Dua Tourism Area. 

Akuntansi (Code : KPND 05)

Requirements

• Education background
• S1 Finance Management/Accounting/Taxation.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Possess professional degree in Accounting (Ak).
• Have minimum 1 year experience in the field of taxation or tax consulting firm is more preferable.
• Placement at Nusa Dua Tourism Area.

Pengelolaan Air & Lingkungan (PAL) (Code : KPND 06)

Requirements

• Education background
• S1 Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering.
• Mastering the sciences of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and environmental.
• Proficient in computer literacy and mastering MEP design programs, such as AutoCAD 2D.
• Placement at Nusa Dua Tourism Area.

Pemeliharaan (Code : KPND 07)

Requirements

• Education background
• S1 Electro Engineering.
• S1 Landscape Architecture.
• D3/S1 Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Technology.
• S1 Informatics Engineering/Information System Management.
• Have minimum 3 years experience in the related field is more preferable (S1 Electro Engineering).
• Operating knowledge of AutoCAD and able to read engineering drawing (S1 Electro Engineering).
• Mastering programming, database, PHP, MySQL, Maintenance Server (S1 Informatics Engineering/Information System Management).
• Good understanding of networking and server (S1 Informatics Engineering/Information System Management).
• Have minimum 1 year experience in the related field is more preferable.
• Placement at Nusa Dua Tourism Area.

Perencanaan Operasional (Code : KPND 08)

Requirements

• Education background
• S1 Architecture Engineering.
• S1 Environmental Engineering.
• S1 Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in computer literacy and mastering design programs, such as AutoCAD and 3D image (S1 Architecture Engineering).
• Mastering the sciences of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and environmental (S1 Environmental Engineering).
• Proficient in computer literacy and mastering MEP design programs, such as AutoCAD 2D (S1 Environmental Engineering).
• Able to calculate and analyze the budget plan projects (S1 Civil Engineering).
• Have a good project administration skill (S1 Civil Engineering).
• Past experience in the field of construction management is more preferable (S1 Civil Engineering).
• Placement at Nusa Dua Tourism Area.

Hukum (Code : KPND 09)

Requirements

• Education background
• S1/S2 Land Law / Notary.
• S1/S2 Criminal Law / Justice.
• Mastering the field of land law / agrarian (S1/S2 Land Law / Notary).
• Past experience at notary office for at least 2 years is more preferable (S1/S2 Land Law / Notary).
• Past experience at lawyer office (S1/S2 Criminal Law / Justice).
• Have minimum 2 years experience in the related field is more preferable (S1/S2 Criminal Law / Justice).
• Placement at Nusa Dua Tourism Area.

Pengembangan (Code : KPND 10)

Requirements

• Education background
• S1/S2 Finance Management/Business Management.
• S1 Civil Engineering.
• S1 Architecture Engineering (Urban Design).
• Able to calculate and analyze the budget plan projects (S1/S2 Finance Management/Business Management).
• Able to prepare feasibility study based on research (S1/S2 Finance Management/Business Management).
• Have a good skills in business development and business analysis (S1/S2 Finance Management/Business Management).
• Have minimum 3 years experience in the related field, especially at banking is more preferable (S1/S2 Finance Management/Business Management).
• Have minimum 3 years experience in the related field is more preferable (S1 Civil Engineering/S1 Architecture Engineering/Urban Design).
• Placement at Nusa Dua Tourism Area. 

Hukum Pertanahan (Code : PKPM 01)

Requirements

• Education background
• S1 Civil Law.
• Have minimum 2 years experience in the related field.
• Placement at Mandalika Resort Tourism Area.

Umum dan Kesekretariatan (Code : PKPM 02)

Requirements

• Education background
• D3/S1 Secretary.
• Have minimum 2 years experience in the related field is more preferable.

• Able to calculate and analyze the budget plan projects (S1 Civil Engineering).
• Have a good project administration skill (S1 Civil Engineering).
• Mastering AutoCAD 2 (S1 Civil Engineering).
• Preferably experienced in the field of construction management (S1 Civil Engineering).
• Mastering the sciences of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (S1 Mechanical Engineering, S1 Chemical Engineering).
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Placement at Mandalika Resort Tourism Area. 

Pengadaan (Code : PKPM 05)

Requirements

• Education background
• S1 Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of procurement.
• Placement at Mandalika Resort Tourism Area.

Humas dan PKBL (Code : PKPM 06)

Requirements

• Education background
• S1 Public Relation.
• S1 Social Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Placement at Mandalika Resort Tourism Area.

General Requirements:

1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with the maximum age of 30 years old by 1 February 2016.
2. Have required education, expertise and skills.
3. Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia (willing to sign a sealed affidavit).
4. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale, except engineering disciplines with minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale.
5. Fluent in English language, shown with TOEFL certificate (minimum score of 450) or IELTS certificate (minimum score of 4).
6. Never been imprisoned or committed an unlawful act (indicated by SKCK).
7. Preferably for those who have experience in the related field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
8. Passed in all stage of the selection (administrative, psychological test, interview, health).
