Systems Engineer (Data Centre)

Role & Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory
• Direct account and partner responsibilities for selected accounts in assigned territory.
• Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and design effective solutions
• Deliver technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects
• Keep up-to-date on the market, competitive solutions, products and services
• To build the extended team to drive Cisco’s DC technology adoption

Minimum Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge in DC virtualization solutions, security, and mobility
• In-depth knowledge of Compute, Storage and Networking
• In-depth knowledge of DC operations
• Strong architecture selling and Consultation
• Strong knowledge in key DC applications ( e.g. VDI, Microsoft Storage Space, Big Data, SAP, Oracle, etc )
• Proven track records of driving customer success

Consulting Systems Engineer Wireless LAN

Role & Responsibilities
The Wireless LAN CSE is responsible owning all aspects of technical sales for providing deep technical coverage for the overall Wireless LAN technologies within Indonesia.
The candidate should:
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise across the Wireless LAN portfolio and articulate business relevance (APs, Controllers, Management Tools, Connected Mobility Experience etc)
• Have a strong expertise in RF
• Understand Wireless LAN deployment models and adjacencies (Site Survey, WiFi Security, Mesh, Location, WiFi offload, Indoor/Outdoor, BYOD, CME)
• Have a strong command of the competitive landscape and competitive vendor strengths and weaknesses
• Demonstrate broad understanding of the other elements across the Borderless Network architecture and how Wireless LAN fits in to the overall story
• Demonstrate clear awareness of the Wireless LAN marketplace, trends & transition
• Understand and can articulate Cisco’s vision, strategy and architectural approach
• Ability to communicate at a wide range of technical levels, from the deep dive engineering discussion to higher level visionary ideas illustrating the value a Cisco network brings to the customer
• Possess Wireless LAN certifications such as CWNP, CCNA Wireless, CCIE Wireless

The main responsibilities are:
• Engage in business and technical discussions and presentations articulating the business and technical value of Enterprise Networking, and Wireless LAN
• Architect and delivery Wireless LAN solutions into key customer accounts
• Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities
• Conduct proof of concepts and bench mark testing
• Provide training and support to channel partners across Wireless LAN offerings
• Provide technical and consultative sales support
• Perform technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects
• Liaise with Cisco Development teams to bring new products and technologies to market meeting the requirements for Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific theatre
• Maintain expertise in relevant competitive solutions, products and services
• Actively participate as a Wireless LAN specialist on Virtual Teams and provide consultative support to other Systems Engineers

Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following background/ skills:
• The successful candidate will be viewed as the “go-to” specialist for account teams in Indonesia. A minimum of 10 years experience is therefore essential. With pre-sales experience a must
• In-depth knowledge of competitors
• Excellent communication and evangelical skills (written and verbal). Be able to explain the benefits of complex technology in easy to understand language. Presentation experience in a lecture style environment is highly desirable
• Clear record of achievement, a willingness to work hard and perseverance to make things happen
• Ability to work effectively, add value as a team member and assume a leadership role for the team
• Able to adopt and drive a consultative selling process versus a product feature sell
